- For your mandatory bridal trial, please bring reference photos of the look you envision, your wedding outfit or a similar piece, and any accessories you plan to wear. Sharing your preferences and any concerns will help us create a look that perfectly suits you.

4. How far in advance should I book your services?

- To ensure I am available on your wedding day, it’s best to book my services 6-12 months in advance. However, I understand that plans can change, so I will do my best to accommodate last-minute bookings if my schedule permits.

9. Do you offer on-site services, or do I need to come to your studio?

- I offer on-site services and will come to your chosen location, whether it’s your home, hotel, or wedding venue. This convenience allows you to stay relaxed and comfortable while I work to get you ready.

10. What happens if my wedding runs behind schedule?

- I include buffer time in my schedule to accommodate any delays. If your wedding day runs behind, I will work efficiently to ensure you’re prepared on time, without compromising the quality of your look.

11. How do you handle touch-ups and emergencies on the wedding day?

- Touch-up services are included in my bridal packages and can be scheduled throughout the day. For any emergencies or unexpected issues, I am prepared to address them promptly to ensure everything goes smoothly.

12. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

- To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit is required. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to the terms outlined in your contract, which includes details on applicable fees and refund policies.

13. Do you work with a team, or are you a solo artist?

- I work both solo and with a team, depending on the size of the wedding and the number of clients needing services. My team and I specialize in both traditional and modern bridal looks, ensuring that we can cater to your specific preferences and requirements.

14. What should I do if I have sensitive skin or allergies?

- Please inform me of any sensitivities or allergies before the trial or wedding day. I can use hypoallergenic products and adjust my techniques to ensure your comfort and safety.

15. How do I secure my date with you?

- To secure your date, a deposit along with a signed contract is required. This confirms your booking and allows us to begin planning for your wedding day.

Specialty Services and Associated Fees

• Wet/Damp Hair or Extensions – Blow-Dry Fee:
  A fee will be added if hair and/or extensions are wet or damp.

• Extension Application – Application Fee:
  A fee applies for the application of hair extensions.

• Parking Costs:
  Any incurred parking expenses will be charged separately.

• Early Morning Fee:
  A fee applies if services start earlier than 5 AM. If 2 or more artists are booked, the fee will be higher.

• Travel Costs:
  Travel within Edmonton is charged per artist. For locations outside Edmonton, please refer to the travel rates at the bottom of the page.

• Bridal Trials – Trial Appointments:
  Trials are not included in the bridal package but can be booked separately. Both services or individual services are available for booking.
